At Aspen Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
